I've created workflows where the recipient receives an email with a link to the sales reps calendar in order to be able to book a meeting. But theoratically, the recipient can choose a time for this meeting that is 5 minutes after he/she received the email. Then, the sales rep has very limited time to prepare. Can there be a delay installed that the next available time is e.g. 1 hour ahead?
Yes, the owner of a meeting link can specify the minimum notice time:
This setting can be found under Menu > Sales > Meetings. Hover over the meeting link, click Edit and switch to the Scheduling tab. The setting can be found when you scroll down and expand Additional settings.

I love this feature @karstenkoehler. I get so much anxiety when someone books a meeting that same day with me. I prefer 24 hours so I can prepare. And I love that each user can control/manage their own calendars. I came here to answer and saw your solution and couldn't help but give you extra HubSpot love! 😄
