Is there a way to archive a deal or mark the deal as "won" so it will no longer be on my deals boards but I will not lose the data on the board? We don't want to lose the amount or the fact that our saleperson sold something but we do not want our boards cluttered with deals. We also want this to be asociated with our companies so we know who signed a deal.
Does anyone know how to acomplish this? Can anyone share what they do to help this problem?
Is there a way to save this view for everyone on my team or will everyone have to go in and update thier view? Also, why is this not a feature already in HubSpot, I don't understand what other people do to not have this issue? If everyone is changing their view then why is that not a standard feature??
@APatterson9 yes, when you save the view, you have the option to make it visible for everyone:
From there, they can organize the views at the top that they work from the most:
Everyone using HubSpot manages their deals differently, being able to create custom views allows you the most flexibility.
What's an issue for you might not be for others, I can't say why HubSpot chose to do it this way - our team doesn't filter views to remove closed deals, we view the deals based on timeframes and by owner.
If you think there is an improvement that needs to be made, you can suggest it for the product team to consider in the ideas discussion here.
I hope this helps you get it organized the way you'd like!
