Deal Structure for Monthly Subscription with High Potential Churn
SOLVE
My company has a series of one-time payment products and is adding a subscription product. We will bill monthly, and the contract will require a 3-month commitment. We do political work, so most contracts will end soon after the elections in November, but many may end earlier. Any suggestions for how to set up our deals within our pipeline for this? One suggestion is to set up a deal for that first three month period and then automated renewal deals through November. Any others?
