Deactivation Accounts based on tasks assigned

I am looking to find a quicker solution than a manual audit of all accounts to delete expired or no longer active accounts within our database.  Some accounts have had a task assigned to a newly expired user asking for the expired user to delete the account. I was wondering if it were possible to filter based on the accounts that have had this task assigned to them? It would make filtering out the accounts that need to be deleted an easier process. Alternatively, other suggestions welcome.

Hi @GClarke0,

Here's a screenshot:

"Activity properties" is not grouped under anything, it's on the first hierarchy level of filter options.

Hi @GClarke0,

Yes, in contact and in company lists you can filter for "Activity property". Choose the activity property "Task title", specify the title and save the list. HubSpot will return all records which have a task associated to them matching this title, regardless of the task status.

Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler ,

Thank you for your prompt response. I cannot find the filter 'Active Property' under the 'All Filters' section having searched it in the space bar and gone through the sub-filters (Company Information, Web Analytics History etc.). Can you specify where I can access this filter, perhaps what sub-filter it falls under?
