Hi All,

I am new to HubSpot, I'm coming from Salesforce.com

Any recommended free tool to import/update/remove data from the HubSpot? In salesforce we have the Data Loader if someone is familiar..

Hi @OBetzalel,

Although structured differently, HubSpot has an import tool that you can learn more about here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/import-objects

The way importing in HubSpot works is that records will be created if they don't exist yet or updated (if you choose so during the import process).

CRM records can be deleted following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/delete-crm-records
