What hubspot tool should you use to give users support while on your website?

I havea  website where I want users to be able to leave feedback/questions any time they need, I want to receive these questions by email and be able to get back to them.

I do not want to use a static form and pop-up forms are disapearing after you fill them and only re-apear one day later.

Hi @DanielAudio19,

 

If you don't want to use a static form or a pop-up, I would suggest that you use a shared inbox that would flow to conversations. Something like support@yourURL.com. When your users email this address, it will flow through to the inbox in which you can respond.

 

Alternatively, you could use something like Facebook messenger that feeds into the shared inbox of HubSpot as well. Same idea, just a different medium.
