In the Customer Portal knowledgebase article, it states that the client has the ability to respond to a closed ticket and re-open it. "They can also reply to a closed ticket if they need to re-open the conversation."
The option to respond to a closed ticket is greyed out in the Portal. Can we change that functionality? Thank you.
I like the fact that you cant re-open a closed ticket, but the UI would be better if the reply box was hidden on pages where the ticket is closed. Its bad UI to have functionality that isnt usable.
If Hubspot decides to allow a closed ticket to be reopened via reply, please make it a checkbox option.
