Custom Thank You Page or Connect Two Surveys?

I use the Feedback Survey tool to collect attendee feedback following a webinar.  At that time, we also ask them if they need an attendance certificate to allow them to get credit for professional development time. 

Those needing a certificate need to complete a great deal more information than those simply giving feedback on a webinar, so I'd like to connect two distinct surveys. The 2nd survey would have several required fields that I don't want to inflict upon those giving basic feedback.

This could be accomplished if I could put a CTA button on the Thank You page. Alternatively, if I can have the survey link/route to another form/survey, that would also work.  

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this type of thing?

Hi @LINCScott, Yes, it is possible to connect two distinct HubSpot surveys. You can use the CTA button on the Thank You page to link to the second survey. You can also use a special URL parameter to route the survey to the second survey.

For example, you can use the URL parameter survey_redirect=survey2.html to redirect the survey to survey2.html. You can also use the HubSpot API to connect two distinct surveys.

For example, you can create a custom integration that passes contact data from one survey to the other, and vice versa.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use the survey logic feature, you can also use the Survey Link feature to link to a different survey from the Thank You page.
