Custom Language Switcher

We would like to implement custom langauge switcher to our website.
I did some searching in the community forums, It is possible to change styles using css selectors but we have several pages, some may have multiple language options, some may not, the langauges differ from one page to other. 
              so, is it possible to get the possible languages of the page using HUBL to display langauges dynamically?
