Hey everyone! Is there a way to create a Workflow for when a rep calls a customer in Hubspot and marks the call as "Missed call" to automatically send out a templated email to the customer?Essentially looking to create a "sorry, we missed you" automated follow up and the current workflow I'm looking as is using Marketing emails and I don't know if that's the best way.
If you want to a marketing email, you would use a contact-based workflow (Menu > Automation > Workflows) for this. It could look like this:
This email can be sent from the contact owner:
You could further narrow down the enrollment criteria of the workflow to avoid certain scenarios (e.g. a call with a customer triggering this email).
Generally, I'd recommend using templates for this rather than an automated marketing email. There's simply a fairly high risk of this going wrong (e.g. an inbound call shortly after an unanswered outbound cal) and the email still being triggered.
