Creating a lead record through workflows
解決Hi everyone,
i have this workflow where contacts come into the system based on forms. We create leads off of those contacts. The problem is when I select the create record action I am not able to assign the lead to an owner. As a sidenote, we don´t use the default "contact owner" property in the system due the fact that we have different owners set up based on the buisness field.
Here is how it was set up in another workflow and I can´t seem to recreate it in the workflow I´m currently working on since I can´t select "Assign lead to" or "Which contact owner" in the properties (cant even find them).

Do you have the setting enabled that syncs the lead owner with the contact or company owner? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/sync-lead-ownership-and-activities
If yes, that explains the lack of that option.
With this setting disabled, you should see the option to assign a "Lead owner":
