Creating Workflow when specific form field has been filled out
SOLVE
Hi Community,
At our trial version download forms we have an optional text field for a message. So visitors can add specific questions or comments when filling out the form.
is there anyway we could create a workflow that only triggers if someone has entered such a comment? For instance to create a task for our reps to answer the comment/questions?
thanks a lot in advanced, any help would be very welcome.

@JSchnakenberg enabling re-enrollment for the "Message is known" filter means that the workflow will trigger every time the value in the field "Message" changes. That's the most reliable way to achieve what you're trying to do.
If you were using the form submission as re-enrollment, there is a chance that someone fills the message in a first submission (task gets created), submits the form again but leaves the message field empty (task would be created for old message because that field still holds the value).
The screenshot I shared is the cleanest, simplest, most reliable way to do this 🙂

Hi Karsten,
great, thanks a lot for your (very fast) response. So I use "When filter criteria is met" as trigger type and use the filed "message" from the contact properties? This field will always be overwritten everytime the contact filled out a new form. Is there any way to filter the form details rather than the contact property?
