I am trying to creat a repository, with the aim of it holding all relevant sales information. So brochures, banners, logos, images etc. I don't know where in Hubsport would be the best place or this. It needs to be something that anynone with a link to can view and click through. Any help?

Hi @AIMW,

HubSpot has a file manager where you can upload files, generate links and also set these files to no index / private: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content

It's not the most pleasant experience to navigate but allows for uploading files, creating and organizing folders, grabbing their links and sharing them with the team.

Hope this helps!

Hey @AIMW

To create a repository for all relevant sales information in HubSpot, First upload your files and documents in the files tool in HubSpot by following the steps mentioned in this article here

Once done manage the individual file details by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/organize-edit-and-delete-files

By following these steps, you can create a repository that holds all the relevant sales information and ensure that it is accessible to anyone with the link.

Hi @AIMW

To create a repository for your sales materials, navigate to Library > Files or Library > Documents in HubSpot.

For Files: Upload images, PDFs, and other documents. Organize them into folders, and generate shareable links to share with your team or clients. Files are hosted publicly by default, so adjust settings if needed.

For Documents: Upload and share documents like PDFs and presentations. Share them via a link, track who views them.
