Creating Campaigns for the First Time? Use the Guided Onboarding Tour!

If it is your first time creating a campaign, it is strongly recommended to use the new guided campaigns onboarding tour!

This option will appear for:

• New users who have never created a campaign in HubSpot.
• Existing users if there are no campaigns in the account.

The guided onboarding tour will direct you through the steps required to create a new lead generation campaign using a campaign template (the most efficient way to create new campaigns). Going through the tour will also familiarize you with using the campaigns tool, including the campaigns editor.

To access the tour:

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
• In the upper right, click Create campaign.
• When doing so, in the Create your first campaign dialog box, click Help me get started. 

• Then, follow the guided steps. It is recommended to read through the steps in each dialog box.
• You can exit the tour at any time by clicking the x icon on the tour’s dialog box.
• After you’ve completed the tour, you will have created a new lead generation campaign.
