Create a ticket in Hubspot from a Jira issue

When our service team creates an issue in Jira I want to automatically create a ticket in HS associated with that specific company. The objective is to let the sales team who work only in HS, not in Jira, see any ongoing issues with their customer so that they have all info for example when going into a sales call. I've tried the native HS-Jira integration but that doesn't seem to support that. I think that an integration using Zapier could probably create a ticket in HS when an issue in Jira is created, but I can't see how to match the companies. Any solutions?

Create a ticket in Hubspot from a Jira issue

Hi and thanks for the quick response. Sounds interesting, but does it work the other way around? Create an issue in Jira, from the issue look up the company in Hubspot (to ensure the issue in Jira is mapped to the right company in HS) and then either create a ticket in HS on that company or just a note in the timeline on the company record in HS?

Create a ticket in Hubspot from a Jira issue

Hi! I work on Relay.app (a Zapier alternative) and we can definitely power this for you. Check out https://www.relay.app/apps/jira/integrations/hubspot. In the Hubspot ticket creation step, you can look up the company by name (assuming you have that in the JIRA ticket somewhere). Plus you can automatically "close the loop" and complete the JIRA ticket when the HS ticket is completed.
