I have joined Hub Spot for CMR and Lead Generator.  Is there or are there people who charge per hour to assist in set?

The community is a great place to find solution partners. You can have a look at the community members by accepted solutions, this leaderboard will also tell you if they are a certified HubSpot partner.

Alternatively, there is the "official" HubSpot Solutions Directory and an "inofficial" onthebench.io where solution providers can offer their services.

Lastly, you'll always find freelancers by searching LinkedIn (or freelancer platforms) for "HubSpot freelancer".
