I would like to create a custom contact view for one of my colleagues. Since we have multiple teams in the system, he wants a custom contact view that by default only shows contacts from Team A + B but allows him to include Team C + D if needed.
Do you have any suggestions on how this can be done in the simplest way?
I’ve tried customizing the record, but I can only assign a team and not an individual user. Additionally, I’m unsure whether a person can belong to multiple teams and whether it would even work to create a customized contact record based on this.

We already have costume properties to categorise contacts, what i want is that i can create a default view for one of our sales professionals so he only sees his team and another sales team's activities on a contact. Right now he has to click the filter and filter the team, instead we want the system to remember his settings and he then can add additional 'activities' if he needs the information
I kind of understand, but for clarity, you want a contact record to have 2 owners (someone from A & B) and up to 2 more additional owners (teams C & D)?
If that's the case, you can create additional contact owner properties using a property type of HubSpot User. You can label them Team A, Team B, etc. but it would allow you to choose from users in the system. Unfortunately, there's no functionality out of the box to limit which people show up in the dropdowns, so it would be all users in the system not only the users from that team.
There are workarounds to fix this, but it would involve additional dropdown properties and workflows, and ultimately the workaround can be difficult to manage over time.
Regarding people be on multiple teams, they can, but some of the functionality is limited, specifically for reporting, but if the members of these teams only need to be able to see/edit the records assigned to them, it works across teams.
