Copy shareable link but person needs hubspot login?
SOLVE
We would like to share the newsletters with colleagues before they are sent out. In other community posts, I read that this can be done without an account by copying the sharable link. However, when a colleague opens the shareable link, they have to log in onto Hubspot. Tried on Chrome and Safari, both times the same. Is this to do with settings? Or something else?

@NReitsma you can only be logged with one address at a time.
For example: I have john.doe@acme.com and use that email address to log into my ACME portal. I also have john.doe@dundermifflin.com and use that email address to log into my Dunder Mifflin portal.
I cannot be logged into both portals at the same time because those are different login email addresses.
So it's not that only the email preview doesn't work – any other feature a user is trying to access in portal A while being logged into portal B will require logging out and back in with the right address.
I use a browser extension (multi-account container) for this to be logged into multiple HubSpot portals with different email addresses at the same time.

Hi Karsten,
Thanks for your reply! It is a bit strange, because we have two labels, each with an own Hubspot account. With one label, our colleagues don't need an account for opening the preview email, and for the other label they do need an account. That is why we are wondering why one can be without an account, and the other not.
Yes, we can add them, but then we need to add a lot of colleagues or test send it to a lot of emails, so that's not practical.
Do you have another suggestion how we can make the sharable link working without creating a Hubspot acc?

@karstenkoehler Yes correct, the labels both have a separate Hubspot portal. When we share the shareable link, the colleagues that check the email don't have a login email address in both. But the link, from one label, can be seen with no issues. And the other link, they need to login to HubSpot. That is where we are struggling, because they don't have a login. Hope you understand!
