Hi, we want to use Quotes for sending out our contracts. One of the terms we use holds the price per item in number and in words. The price in number is not that difficult to add. But how can I add the total amount in words, since this is not always a fixed amount. Or is there an option I can manually add text for every quote in a dedicated place?
Hey @CWVader for the "total monthly price" if you want this to be automatically added in a personalization token, we would need to have a property for it. In this case, if you're on a pro or enterprise subscription you can use Calculated properties with these you could set the calculated property to add or subtract the "unit price" and "discount given" if these are both properties. Alternatively, you could create another property for "total price" and store that value in a property manually (IE calculate it yourself and store it in a custom property). As long as there's a property and a value on that object the personalization token will auto populate with the value. You could also use a custom property for "total value in words" which could be manually filled in by a user and used as a personalization token, at the moment there's no way to automatically convert number properties to words in personalization tokens or properties.
Regarding custom text on a per-invoice basis, you can add in comments and item comments to the middle of the quote on each invoice, which appear like this screenshot, but all prices must be added to custom line-items, you can add line-items again per invoice but it will create a new line item.
Hope this helps!

For any text fields within your quote (like where you would add comments or additional details for the buyer specific to that quote), you have the option to add text from a snippet. That snippet can include your terms and placeholder text like you have in your screenshot where the user would need to spell out the total amount.
If you're going to use personalization tokens within your snippet, I recommend using deal personalization tokens since those should stay consistent regardless of who's viewing the quote (whereas contact/company personalization tokens will vary based on the contact that HubSpot knows is viewing the quote).
It's my understanding that you would like to know if it's possible to write out the total amount on a quote correct instead of entering the amount in numerical form, is that correct?
Would you be able to please share a screenshot of the item you are referencing on a quote?
Thank you!
Best, Kristen

We have a variable price per unit that we prefer to convert in words in the contract.
I also have a second question: I need to add the registristration number of a company in the contracts. I do not see the property for that. Which is not a big deal because we can create that but when we create it looks it doesn't pop up in the quote options to add/personalize.

Hi, thank you for the tip. When I try to add a new property I either can not add it as a calculation or when I can (by selecting a different type or group) I do not see the property "unit price" and "discount given". Anything I do wrong here?
