Contact person: HubSpot Professional

Hi HubSpot community, 

I've heard that with the professional subsciption comes a direct contact person from HubSpot. 

Where can I find the contact information in HubSpot? 

Or is it 'just' the support inbox, which comes with the subscription?

I wanted to refer you to this help article regarding your HubSpot contacts as a paying customer. 

It sounds like you may be referring to your Customer Success Manager (if you're a direct customer) or Channel Consultant (for agencies). Your CSM or channel consultant can address contract and pricing questions, consulting hours, website changes etc.  

If you're unsure who they are, you can reach out to HubSpot Support. The team will be able to provide you with your HubSpot representative's contact information.
