Hi there,
We received an email on the 13th September saying we are at 115.92% of our contact tier limit. We have a 5,000 limit on our portal and we have approx 5,800 contacts as things stand.
We are in the process of scoping out how to best undertake a manual audit of our CRM to remove old data. This will ensure we get under the limit (comfortably) of our portal. However, this will take time.
Is it possible to get an understanding of a 'deadline' or whatever is similar to have this sorted by? Will Hubspot take action at a certain date?
