I want to rate the importance of different tickets by the volume of the linked customer. Is it somehow possible to consider deal properties & company properties as ticket properties?
If not, are there other options to create such a rating?

If I understand the use case correctly: you want to prioritize customers who have higher volume with you if they submit tickets.
You can achieve this in a couple different ways, but I think for what you're looking to achieve a company scoring model makes the most sense.
You could build a custom property that quantifies the volume, deal size, etc into a score which will place the companies in a higher or lower echelon. From there build a workflow that flags any companies that have a score higher than X as high priority tickets.

I have different tickets and each of them could be linked to more than one company. Is it possible with this approach to sum up all the closed deal amount and the forecasts of all these related companies of each ticket and to create a score based on this sums?
