Trying to connect my personal email to my Hubspot account inbox. The connection seems fine but somehow i dont seem to get the emails that I recieve in my personal inbox. Any help would be appreciated!
Connecting your inbox means that you're all set up to send emails from HubSpot and that you can now log emails or email replies. It does not mean that all incoming emails in your personal inbox automatically get stored in HubSpot. This is a common misunderstanding.
In other words, your inbox connection allows you to automatically track replies to your tracked emails. It does not pull all incoming emails into your CRM.
You can manually push emails into the CRM using the sales extensions or the BCC or forwarding address:

Thank you for the information. The issue is that I earlier with another test account managed to link my inbox (personal email) to Hubspot inbox without any further configurations. Any suggestions on how I can set up the system so its connected with my personal email inbox?
Thank you for further information and direction on how to solve the issue. The mistake was on my behalf. Totally forgot to forward the emails in my personal email settings.
