Company Tickets Volume Report

SOLVE

Hey all,

I am looking to create a report that shows a list of

Company Ticket Volume based on a List of past 12 months

Company Name. | Oct 23 | Nov 23 | Dec23 | Jar24 ....

company1 > #Tickets | #Tickets  | #Tickets | #Tickets

company2 > #Tickets | #Tickets  | #Tickets | #Tickets

company3 > #Tickets | #Tickets  | #Tickets | #Tickets

company4 > #Tickets | #Tickets  | #Tickets | #Tickets

Not sure what is the best way to track the volume of tickets per client.

Thanks for the help

@JoshVe did you create "Number of associated tickets" on the company object? (That's where it should go.)

Hi @JoshVe,

In the custom report builder (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder), you would use companies as primary data source, tickets as added source and then set up the report as shown below:

Adjust the date range to your liking:

Hey @karstenkoehler i followed the insturction for creating cutom calculation. not sure if it's "ticket information" or "ticket activity" under the group by i tried both, including waiting couple of minutes and refreshing, it's still not showing in the filter options, under companies > Number of Associated Tickets

Do i need to publish this somewhere?

Hey @karstenkoehler again.

1. Your right i created this in tickets not in property, so i created a new one.

2. For some reason it says theres too much data, i tried to reduce the timeframe  for the last 30 days, now i see i get collumns from Juli 2021, so i guess the problem is there? or maybe to the chart type " is set to pivot "

@JoshVe pivot is a must for the visualization you're looking for. However, the 30 day create date filter doesn't seem to be reflected yet. Can you save and re-open the report?

i tried, i think or it's calculating the right type of data or something else is wrong here.

As we should have few hundreds of tickets, also i only need the past 365 days with a monthly view to see which clients open more tickets on a monthly basis.

But thanks, anyway

@JoshVe I just got this to work for a client yesterday - this should be working. I'd recommend checking again tomorrow and potentially troubleshooting with HubSpot support 🙂
