I was hoping to create a simple Hypercare dashboard with all of the relevant reports on for our new clients currently in the onboarding stage, but I can't seem to design a dashboard or report that can filter by "company" or customer.
Types of data I want to show is basic:
Trend of ticket numbers coming in daily.
Tickets closed daily.
Ticket categories / types (incident versus requests)
Top ticket loggers.
Maybe a visual of our SLA metrics against ticket priorities that have come in.
(nothing too crazy).
Perhaps I'm going about it all wrong, but I would have thought a quick filter or property picker at the top of the dashboard would have been easy enough to put together.
The exact filters depend on how you track customer status. Typically, it should be the company object 'Lifecycle stage'. If that's the case, tickets would also have to be associated with companies for the below to work.
If you add this filter, that requires all existing reports on the dashboard to also have the data source for companies included. Without it, HubSpot can't apply the filter. In other words, if that's not the case yet, you would have to edit these reports (in the custom report builder) and, in the top left corner, change the data sources to include companies, too.
If these reports are created in the single object report builder, you'll have to recreate them in the custom report builder, unfortunately.
Simply make sure to select tickets as primary data source and companies as additional data source. If you're getting stuck creating a specific report, let me know, and I'll happily lay out the steps.
Best regards!
