Closing a Conversation based on Contact property value

Hi there!

I'm new to HubSpot.

I'd like to know if I can create a workflow which would be closing conversations from my inbox based on a contact propoerty value.

I want to close any conversation in my inbox that has a certain value in the Lead status / Lifecycle stage property.

Hi Jakub, 

It looks like this is currently an idea on the ideas forum.

This means that as of now there is no HubSpot default action that would allow you to close a conversation with a workflow. 

That being said there is the option of adding custom code as explained by another user in the idea. You could give that a try if you'd like. 

Regardless, I would recommend giving the idea an upvote. 🙂
