Chatflow in a DNN system

I hope I'm posting this to the appropriate thread/topic. Please let me know if I'm not.

 

We need help implementing the chatflow JS script in a DNN (Dot net duke) system. Our system is appearing to trigger a chat even though we're only performing actions with the DNN system.

 

This is what my support gave me:

I placed it in the footer dnn page template so it gets deployed to all pages.  The footer is within the <body> tag from a dnn point of view.

 

Keep in mind too that dnn acts as one big form <form>.  Because of this, it often trips up other “forms”. 

 

We copied and pasted the Chat JS directly from hubspot so we're not sure what else needs to be done so the form is not comflicting with DNN components.
