I tried to create a report in chatspot using this query: "Create a report of companies added this year summarized by 'channel partner vendor focus'," and it said "Sorry, had trouble understanding what to get from HubSpot." But when I changed "channel partner vendor focus" to "indsutry," and asked "Create a report of companies added this year summarized by industry," it generated the report no problem. I'm wondering if the "channel partner vendor focus" custom property we created is too new. We created it a couple weeks ago.
Only other thing that comes to mind is if someone renamed the property at any point. So when Hubspot creates a new property it creates a backend name for it. If someone renames the property the backend name does not update even though the human readable name does. If you click on edit property and click on the little code icon </> next to the label you will see this internal name I am referencing.
