Hey guys, looking to integrate ChatGPT as a chatbot within HubSpot Service Hub or our Client facing support site for conversation based ticket resolution and support. Our product is already indexed within public version of OpenAI ans able to answer most support inquiries , but looking for a solution which would limite response and conversation to our product obviously and show as a chat bot addin on our site and app without extensive coding. Anyone knows about existing addin or experienced integrator for such work?
Not at the moment, but we do have this new chatspot alpha we released quite recently. This is not really a tool you can use with your chatbot but quite interesting.
I recommend you post this in our Ideas Forum your request of ChatGPT as a Chatbot within HubSpot. Our Product experts take notes of the needs of our customers there and the more popular a vote is, future changes are likely to be made.
Best,
Diana

We are excited to introduce an AI Chatbot for Live Chat, designed to provide our customers' websites with a seamless GPT-powered chat experience.
Why does it matter?
Through an AI Chatbot, businesses can now deliver personalized responses to their visitors within minutes. No longer will you need to dedicate hours to crafting and refining rules-based bots. With AI Chatbots handling repetitive tasks seamlessly, you will be able to free up time for your front-office teams to prioritize revenue-generating activities. Rest assured with built-in guardrails, that your AI will respond when it's confident and transfer to a team member when it's not.
How does it work?
1. Start by adding Knowledge Base articles and/or publicly available URLs to your chatbot so that the AI Chatbot can leverage the content from those data sources to generate responses to your website visitors.
Please note: Any updates made to your Hubspot-hosted Knowledge Base articles will automatically sync with your AI chatbot, eliminating the need for manual data updates.
2. Assign your AI Chatbot to an existing live chat chatflow you have set up. As part of this step you'll also need to define your welcome message and who should respond when users need a live agent.
Please note: In order to start automating conversations with your AI Chatbot, you will need to create a chatflow with live chat and connect it to the conversations inbox or help desk workspace. Without it, the AI Chatbot will not be able to have conversations with your visitors.
3. You'll then be redirected to the Build tab of the live chat setup. Here you can preview the Welcome Message and Assignment behavior set in the previous step. When you're done setting up your live chat, in the top right, click Preview to review the responses your AI will generate.
4. Publish your AI Chatbot to your website visitors by toggling the switch on in the upper right corner of the page. Before you know it, you'll be freeing up time for your front-office teams to focus on higher revenue-driving tasks.
Going forward, if you want to update any of the content your AI Chatbot uses, simply navigate to the AI Chatbot app to manage your data sources.
New nav: Automation > AI Chatbot
Old nav: Conversations > AI Chatbot
Who gets it?

You can find the beta here:
If it's not showing up yet, it'll likely do so shortly.

We build GPT bots and integrate them with HubSpot as well as other things (like MS Teams and Slack for live chat). You can find me at CaptivateChat.ai.

Hi Chris Do you know what the limitation is that exists with Hubspot to prevent integration with an AI such as ChatGPT for Chat? Does anyone know if there is anything on Hubspot's roadmap to address? Thanks Sean.
We will have HubSpot integrated into our platform in a couple of weeks. This will allow GPT Al bots accessible via web chat/ Facebook/ Instagram /WhatsApp with live chat in Teams or Slack (not HubSpot chat). Leads etc can be sent to HubSpot and our platform will let you build and train your own GPT bots.
If that works for you, please let me know, but I'll post here anyway when we launch.
