If you have already viewed the best practice for setting up ChatFlow and have installed the code on your website, but still do not see your Chat Instance, Check your browser extensions for web browsing security extensions active.
We had the Duck Duck Go web browsing security extension in use for which was blocking our ChatFlow instance.
Either disable or add in an exception within the extension (in this case Duck Duck go)
Note that this same issue may be thrown when attempting to install the WordPress Plugin. In our case Duck Duck Go web browsing security extension, had been preventing our WordPress extension activation with "blocked by an extension".
