Hi

We have a mobile and web app for food delivery. We use Hubspot for recording any queries of our customers. When a customer who is logged in, comes and writes some query, our team has to manually gather basic information of customer like name, mobile number, email ID and so. I know the same could be done by a bot too before assigning the query to a team member. But since the customer is already logged in the mobile or web app, I want  Hubspot to automatically gather information, then someone from our team can take up the query.

How do I achieve this? Please help.
