Cant add personalization token (Contact Owner - Job Title) to email

Hi Hubspot, 

I am trying to add personalization token for my email signoff with contact owner's job title. While job title isnt in the personalization (Contact Owner) list, i tried adding this in the email text {{ contact.hubspot_owner_id.jobtitle }} but it automatically converted to just 'Contact Owner'. Can you share how i can add contact owner's job title as a personalization token in my email?

Hi @DGanasan the "contact owner" information is fed from the user profile, I'm not aware of anywhere in a HubSpot owner user profile that adds a "job title" to the user profile. So this would not be currently possible. 

It might be a good idea to add this as a feature request to the ideas board though!

Piggy backing of this question.  

I have a list of companies and I have 1, 2 or 3 contacts with those companies.  I have created a list to email to on a company level and as I am typing this I am second guessing myself.  Because I want to email every contact I have for those companies, I would assume I would sort by company to make the list but: 

How do I ensure the email goes to every contact in the company (again, sometimes one person, sometimes two or three) and 

How can I make sure they are personalized? 

I do have it set for Dear Contact owner > First name

Hey @HCoates1 you should just be able to create a list of contacts who are associated to a company. So you could either have "associated company name = ***", atlernatively you could also just use "email address contains COMPANY DOMAIN". 

Personalised emails will just be done through personalization tokens, which will bring in any information from your contact associated with the token you use.

I believe I am on the right track. See below. This looks right to me.

Also, when I send a test email, the system wants me to select my own name
in RECEIVE EMAIL PREVIEWING, which makes no sense to me but when I don't
select it then it does not personalize. Any thoughts on that an dTHANK

YES! I found the location to add Job Title. We also added a custom field for License# since members of our team hold industry licenses:

Access the Job Title and License data for your users by

• going to Settings--Users & Teams--Presets tab
• hovering over the name of the Team and clicking Actions -- Assign email tokens.
• hover over a user and click Edit, then fill in the blanks
