In the company I work we use HubSpot which is integrated with Salesforce CRM. Like in Salesforce we can do the list upload where the create date can be manipulated using a data loader.
However, I want to know if there is any way we can do a list upload directly in HubSpot allowing me to change the create date of the records.
Let me know if this is something feasible through HubSpot and please do recommend best practices for the same.
The create date of records cannot be changed, there aren't any workarounds to this either. The create date reflects the date when an object was created in HubSpot.
You would have to create a custom date property if you want to store a custom date, unfortunately.
