I am trying to upload some jpeg images to Hubspot so I can use them in my email signature, but I can't find the Files page anywhere. In the Husbpot Help it says it should be under Library > Files, but I don't have it. I can only upload Documents, not jpg files.
Do I have to get a paid subscription to have access to Files? Or can I find it somewhere else? I looked everywhere 🙂
No, the file manager is available in all subscriptions. Are you a super admin in your portal or could it be that someone limited your permissions? In that case, please reach out to the person who invited you into your HubSpot portal and ask them to extend file manager permisisons to you: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions

Hi, I am having the same issue. there is no file link under Library. I just checked my permissions and I have full access (I am the only one using this account that I set up 3 days ago). I have not seen a suspension banner anywhere either. I did upload a photo into the file section through the landing page that I'm creating, but the system won't let me upload my ebook there-- well, I've uploaded it three times within the landing page but it wont let me attach it to the link in the landing page. As far as I can tell, my ebook fits within the parameters mentions for uploads.
I checked and I am a Super Admin. We are only 2 users in this Hubspot account and both of us are Super Admins. I logged in with both acounts and unfortunately neither of them have the option to access Files.
