Campaign calendar - best way to see *more* information here?
SOLVE
Hi,
I'm looking for some advice here from anyone who may have been in a similar situation.
We're using the marketing campaign calendar quite heavily, to track the various events/emails/tasks that are happening on any given day.
When you click on any of these items within the calendar view, it will open a pop-up with certain fields: created by, campaign, scheduled date, etc.
I'm wondering if there is a way to customise this pop-up to include custom properties as well. We'd like people to be able to add more information to the items in the calendar as our teams use it quite a bit to track marketing activities and updates.

Happy to help @BérangèreL , unfortunately @dhejl there isn't a way to customize the properties visible on the Campaign Calendar tool.
One option would be to include standard formatting in your Notes field for tasks.
You could create a base template that gets copied into the notes as a starting point. I like to use emojis for quick recognition and bold for the property name - that way you have consistency for everyone creating tasks and makes it easier to skim at a glance.
Once you save it, you would be able to see everything easily from the calendar:
I also recommend sharing your idea in the discussion here so the product team can consider this as a feature in the future. If you share the link back here, I'll be happy to upvote.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @danmoyle, @Jnix284 and @Phil_Vallender, do you have any suggestions to help achieving this, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
