Hi!

How do I enter a CTA button in the middle of 2 sentences without changing the entire layout?

HI @JMerrifield you can use the "Link only (no style)" CTA option, but depending on the font size, the CTA might be noticeably different due to the line height, but worth testing it out.

If you use bootstrap (very helpful) add a class "d-inline". If not, add a css selector (last resort is inline stlying) to "display:inline;"

Which HubSpot tool are you referring to? If you're referring to the marketing email editor, there isn't any way around creating new content modules, see below:
