Bulk Prices Update of Products (with different currencies)

Hi, 

I'm making this article to explain how to bulk update the prices of your product instead of going one by one. I didn't see any explanation for this and I think it's worth knowing and will save time. 

First you need to get the Record ID. This isn't visible directly on Hubspot. You need to export your product(s) into a CSV and open it with Excel or Google Sheet. I'm using Google Sheet in my case. 

Step 1 : Export your product to find the Record ID 

Go to Settings => Data Mangagement => Products 

Select the product(s) where you want their Record ID. Then click Export. 

Choose what type of file you want, download as CSV, you're using most likely Excel or GS. 

Step 2: Remove unnecessary columns on your CSV file. 

This step is not mandatory but it'll make your future import on hubspot cleaner than having dozen of Product Properties empty for no reason. 

You'll have a lot of empty columns in your CSV export, just delete those columns and keep the ones you want to import. 

Step 3: Update your prices 

Change your prices in all currencies you want and then download the file as CSV. 

Step 4: Import your file with new prices 

Go to import on Hubspot. 

One file => One object => Products => Find your file on your computer. 

Select "Update existing Products only", click Next. If you choose to create new products you may end up with new products. I haven't tried this. 

You'll have most likely an error message : 

You need to change "Product Properties" to Record ID. 

You import should look like this: 

Click Next and select your adapted Number Format for your business. 

After that, the import will take a moment, once it's done you can check your product prices, they should be updated correctly.
