Hi everyone! I’m running into a snag with Brave while working in HubSpot. Whenever I’m in a deal record, the inbound call recording from RingCentral won’t play—there’s not even a play button. Oddly enough, the same recording does play perfectly in Chrome.
I’ve also tried incognito mode on both browsers, but it still won’t work in Brave. I’m guessing there’s some privacy or security setting in Brave that’s blocking the media from playing, but I can’t pinpoint which one.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a workaround? I really like Brave and would love to continue using it—just don’t want to miss out on important call recordings in HubSpot. Any tips on what Brave settings I should tweak would be super appreciated!
I could imagine that Brave's privacy features interfere with some of HubSpot products. You could flag this with support in-app but as Brave is not a supported browsers, I think the chances of a fix are low.
