Book a Meeting for different user Automation (Handoff)

Hi,

We have the sales professional seat assigned to users so they can book a meeting with a Contact and change the Host to the Sales Manager that will meet with the Contact.

We want to set that if the meeting creator is changing the Host for the Sales Manaager, the one who created the meeting will be added automatically in the 'Attendees' list. In the screenshot below, we can see that the 'Sales Manager' was added as a Host, the contact is attendee and the meeting creator (me) is not added, I need to do this manually and we want to automate it.

How can we solve this?

Hi @OBetzalel,

As far as I know, there currently is no way to automate this in HubSpot. I'm also not aware of any third-party automation that could solve this, unfortunately. For now, this is a manual process.

I'd recommend submitting a request to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community if you feel strongly about there being a feature for this.
