Best way to filter for Active Forms?

SOLVE

As we all know, you cannot mark forms as active/inactive despite there being a STATUS field included. (This field even shows up as an available filter for views, why I cannot say since it defaults to active and that's it. But I digress.) Only real option is to keep all forms active, or delete them and lose all performance history, so we wind up with A LOT of active forms. It would be good to find a way to filter/search by the forms we are actively using. I included a colon into all forms that I am using so I could filter by that, but of course, you cannot filter by anything other than words with more than 2 letters. UGH! It's like Hubspot hates its users! OK, so I'll have to update all forms with a word I guess? Has anyone else come up with a better workaround than this?

Best way to filter for Active Forms?

Hi @pinchvalve,

I handle this in a similar way, however I typically add an 'ARCHIVED' at the beginning of the name to make 100% sure users don't actually use it anymore. Anything appended at the end could be truncated.

That plus moving all forms into a dedicated folder.

Best regards!

That's a good solution, I can at least set up a series fo filters to include terms I want while blocking the term Archived. Its clunky, but it will work in some instances.
