Best Way Forward...

SOLVE

Hi, looking for recommendations on the best way forward for this wellness business website redesign: https://www.pemfit.co.uk/

It's currently a fairly simple WordPress site, with 'Acuity Scheduling' running alongside, and embedded.

The plans for this business are rapid growth, taking on numerous new franchises nationally (there are just 3 currently).

The new site requires:

• Fully automated booking system (currently using 'Acuity Scheduling'.
• Introduction of E-commerce to sell high value equipment inc. shipping and everything.
• Potential rental management of high value equipment with portal for customers.
• A potential rewards/points system for customers.
• HubSpot CRM for marketing activities.
• Potential community for the customers (currently a Facebook group).
• Potential Training portal for customers - over the internet training sessions etc. (could video content be enough)?

At this high-level stage, we're trying to establish the best platform and the best systems to bring together.

• Is WordPress the best option for this - or could a different E-commerce platform be better suited?
• Is there an all-in-one system for this - or is it always going to come down to integrating several?

Thanks for any insight you may be able to offer, on any of the points. Many thanks in advance

Hi @cmasonuk. Not to sound too HubSpot-obsessed, but I think most of what you're doing can be done with HubSpot, plus maybe a little extra help.

HubSpot already has your CRM and CMS needs handled, including membership functionality. And HubSpot dropped Commerce Hub last week, so there are always improvements coming.

Plus with tools like cohortium (communuity) and HubLMS (for training) out there, HubSpot becomes a great central hub for all the data.

Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!
