Best Practices for Tracking NRR Bookings

For context, we're about to hire a customer success manager who'll own the NRR for current clients. So I'm looking for any insight on tracking NRR bookings in Hubspot. My initial thoughts would be to set up a separate pipeline for tracking upsells to current clients and use that primary tracking method.

Agree with you here regarding creating a separte pipeline for bookings.
You can also create a workflow to automatically create the deals based on meetings : https://prnt.sc/1qxfbca
and then track these meetings through reports: https://prnt.sc/1qxfeep
You will find these reports on meetings in report library in your HubSpot account.
