Best Graphic Quality Upload

Hello, I've noticed that when I upload a graphic (either in pdf, jpg or png format) that when it opens in Hubspot (either in documents, in an email or on a landing page), the quality can degrade. It can look fuzzy or really pixelated. Does anyone know the best practice for upload graphics so they stay crisp and sharp in Hubspot? Thank you

Hi Erin,

Overall, it's best to upload PNG images. However, if they are still looking blurry, there are a couple of things I would recommend to start off. First, upload the image as the correct size it's being rendered at on the email or landing page. For example, if you want to display a image at 400X800 pixels, try to make sure the image is originally at the size, as well. Second, using tools like https://tinypng.com/ to compress your images tends to help, so I would recommend doin that as well.
