I was wondering if there is a way to BCC staff members into our automated NPS survey emails (are these considered marketing emails?) that trigger after certain criteria are met for new customers.
We have noticed some customers are not receiving the survey from our hubspot system and they ask to be re-sent the email. This way, our account managers can manually forward on the email whereever relevant, and it will come from their actual email address, not the hubspot one.
We have not done a full dig as of yetas to why some customers do not receive them, naturally this can be difficult as it involves us needing to check customers spam / quarantine filters, which they often do not know how to do themselves if their IT have set it up.
Additionally, often customers verbally say they will fill one in after a call / meeting / email, but now you are asking them to go back through their emails from however long ago which is a blocker to them filling it in. That is to say, even if it wasn't filtered and they just missed it.
Having some sort of option to immediately send them one on the spot would be very handy.
