Automating 1-1 form registrant follow-up for a sales team

Hi all,

 

I'm working on achieving a contact me form follow up for the team where outreach happens from the sales rep that covers the territory.

 

Currently I can use automation to create the territories and use workflows to send a mail via a sales rep but that lands as a marketing mail but not a 1-1 mail.

 

I could as well use sequences but I don't know if I could run a sequence as someone else in my team and trigger a mail response from his/her mailbox.

 

What would you recommend for an automated, regionalized and personalized approach going from a rep's mailbox?

Hi @BUslu,

 

I think you've successfully done 80% of the job if you already have that territorial attribution with a workflow.

 

I'd suggest a hybrid approach :

- you keep the first part of the workflow, triggered by the form submission. The part that makes the sales rep attribution based on geographical data.

- then use the workflow to subscribe the contact to the desired sequence :

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/enroll-and-unenroll-contacts-in-sequences-using-workflows

 

You can create as many sequences as there are sales rep and even vary the message according to your needs.
