Automatically updating meeting outcome when deal moves stage

I want to create a workflow that changes the meeting outcome to "completed" once a deal moves from the discovery stage to the validation stage.

I have tried a deal based workflow but cannot seem to update activity outcomes. Have other people tried similar? Any help would be much appreciated - thank you

Hi @LDeniz,

Currently, this is not possible natively without custom code, unfortunately. This would ideally be done with a custom code action in a workflow (available in Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise). I'd start by reviewing the Engagements API endpoint for this:

This might also be possible through marketplace apps or third-party automation (Zapier, Make, Integromat) but I'm not aware of any out-of-the-box solutions.
