I seem to be unable to populate my workflow with the right criteria to send an automatic email to all new conversations that have remained unanswered for the last 15 minutes. I found it to send it a day after but not 15 minutes.
I suppose it works but I don't think I have all the options to do so as I have the startups version of Hubspot. And additionnally, I think that I would need the marketing permissions as well to be able to create mails as templates. But thank you!
Could you share a screenshot of your workflow? This is what a workflow could look like. Of course, this would only happen in the unfortunately unlikely scenario that the email address is known.

I think I have it right until choosing the last criteria in the screenshot "last contacted date" Let me know if you think you have a working workflow 🙂
The workflow I drafted above does exactly that: It enrolls all conversations and – after 15 minutes – checks if it's unanswered. If yes, then an email is sent.
