We have an enquiry form on our website which auto-adds their information (email, number, name) to our CRM. This is essential as it gives us the information to follow up on this lead.
Is there a functionality that allows us to auto-delete these leads after a certain amount of time (e.g 6 months)? This would be a sufficient amount of time to suggest if 'Lead Status' hasn't changed to 'Client' then it is highly probable that they no longer should be on our CRM.
@GClarke0 This functionality has just been released in public beta. In your account if you navigate to Product Updates>Betas>Workflow action to delete contacts, you can join the beta and enable this functionality to be an action in a workflow.
Hi @GClarke0 , Yes, you can do that, go to workflows > action > Delete Contact.
If it is not visible to you then, make sure you are Super Admin and join this feature from the product update section > Product Updates>Betas>Workflow action to delete contacts I hope it helps! Thanks!
