No, this is not possible. Sending emails in bulk is too high of a risk for the receiving party, as attachments could also be malevolent. HubSpot does not support this.
You would have to upload files and generate a link as explained here, then place the link in your email: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content

解決Hi @LConsulting72 it's only possible to add a link to a document in a marketing email.
Attachments aren't available for two reasons:
1- more likely to be perceived as spam and not reach inboxes
2- no capability to track user interaction like you can with a link
