Associating Meetings with Tickets

SOLVE

Hi all,
Looking for some ideas
I'm trying to figure out if its possible to create some way of associating a meeting booked with the ticket it relates to
Eg. a customer might book an engineer out for multiple different instances and it would be good to be able to see that "Meeting A" relates to "Ticket A" etc
I just can't figure out the best way to do it, the personalisation within the Meeting Scheduling page only allows specific tokens and nothing we can use as a unique reference
Thanks

Hi @VMoon1,

If you're asking whether this can be done manually, then yes, by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/associate-activities-with-records

There aren't any settings for doing this automatically, if that's what you're asking. You would have to look into third-party automation here or develop your own solution based on the HubSpot API.
